  • Crazy Shirts offers easy, no-hassle, free returns anytime!
  • Credit Card Purchases: Refunds are credited to the original card of use. if your original card is not available, a Crazy Shirts gift card will be issued. Please allow up to 72 hours for the credit to post to your credit card account.
  • Check Purchases: A refund check will be generated 7 to 10 days following the processing of your return and will be mailed to your billing address.
  • Gift Returns: Refunds are issued in the form of a Crazy Shirts gift card.

  • Step 1 Complete the Merchandise Return Form on the back of your invoice received with your order or from the link above
  • Step 2 Pack item(s) to be returned in their original condition and include the Merchandise Return Form
  • Step 3 Click "Start A Return" button below
  • Step 4 Ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) at no cost OR use a courier of your choice at your expense

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. For exchanges, you can expect your replacement items within 4-5 business days from the date of processing.

Q: USPS sent me my pre-paid return shipping label. Now what?
A: Please print the return shipping label and affix it to the parcel. Keep the tracking number provided and drop your package at a local post office. You can also have it picked up on the next Postal Delivery Day.

Q: Can I schedule a pickup of my return with USPS?
A: Yes. You can use a smart device to scan the QR code on the return label or visit https://tools.usps.com/schedule-pickup-steps.htm to schedule a pickup.

Q: Do I have to pay for a scheduled pickup with USPS?
A: There is no cost if you select "Pick up during regular mail delivery." on Step 3 of scheduling your pickup with USPS. *Any other selection is at your expense.
