When will my order be shipped?
All orders processed will be packed and shipped immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for all standard shipping packages to arrive. All international orders can take 7-10 business days or more to arrive
Can I change an item in my order after it was placed?
In most cases changes can be made by calling Customer Care at 1-800-771-2720.
How do I redeem my Crazy Shirts' Gift Card?
Please use the 19 digit gift card number and 4 digit access number under the silver scratch off on the back of your gift card. For online orders simply enter the card and access numbers in the appropriate fields at checkout. When placing an order over the phone, only the gift card number is required. When visiting one of our retail locations, please provide your Crazy Shirts team member with your card for payment.
Do Crazy Shirts Gift Cards expire?

How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
Please check your Crazy Shirts gift card balance at any time by visiting Gift Card Balance. You can also check your balance at any Crazy Shirts Store or by calling Customer Care at 1-800-771-2720.
Can I return an item after purchasing it?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price.
