The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about information we may collect from or about you, what we do with that information and provide you with information about the opt-out process.

Crazy Shirts sells men's, women's and children's casual apparel through its own catalogs, online web site ( and our corporately owned retail stores. Occasionally, we share our customer list with carefully screened companies whose products and services may interest you. The Information We Collect
We collect transaction information and email addresses. We collect only the minimum information necessary to complete your order online; this is the same information required to complete telephone orders - name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and payment information. We require customer email address for online orders so that we may notify you of your order status or merchandise return status. Additionally, if you opt-in, we may send you emails promoting our products, announcing special events and offering other special limited-time discounts, such as free shipping, that may be used by online customers.

Crazy Shirts does not sell or rent customers' email addresses to other companies. When you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you announcements regarding new products, special events and promotions. Each email we send has a link enabling you to unsubscribe. We read and respond to every message that is sent to us. A customer care representative will personally get back to you with in 24-48 hours. We do not retain any personal information from your email unless requested to do so.
