Great hat...Runs small

It's a great hat - like the "faded navy" and simple bold whale fin stitching, but it leaves a mark on my forehead from being too tight and it's not adjustable :( I haven't decided if I'm going to cut it or give it away...a return/exchange costs too much to bother.
