Returns & Exchanges

Need to return your purchase? It's easy!!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us along with your original receipt and we will gladly replace the item or refund your purchase price. Please fill out the Merchandise Return Form on the back of your invoice and indicate the reason for return. Returned items must be in saleable condition.

USA Customers:

For your convenience, a USPS postage-paid Merchandise Return Label is located at the bottom of the back of your invoice. Please include your return address in the space provided on the Merchandise Return Label. Tape the label to your parcel and drop it in any mailbox or give it to your mail carrier. No postage is required. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery back to Hawaii then 1-2 weeks for delivery back to you via USPS.

Canada/International Customers:

We are pleased to reimburse return shipping charges for airmail via your country's postal system. Packages mailed via UPS, Federal Express, or any other express service will not receive reimbursement for postage.

Returning Product to our Stores:

Most Crazy Shirts stores have merchandise that is unique to their location, and no two stores have the same inventory. For this reason, it is best to return and/or exchange Crazy Shirts merchandise at the store from which it was originally purchased.

In the event that the original store is too far away to visit in person, please mail the items to the store. Store locations are listed here. The store's address can be found on your receipt or at store locations. In your return package please print and include this return form along with your receipt.

Following the above information will help expedite the processing of your return or exchange.
