What is a Crazy Shirts’ Gift Card?
A Gift card works like a paper gift certificate and can be applied to any Crazy Shirts purchase up to the amount of the gift card value, including all merchandise, shipping charges, taxes or other special services.

How do I redeem my Crazy Shirts’ Gift Card?
You will need the 19-digit Gift Card number and 4 digit ACCESS number that is on the back of the gift card. When you receive your gift card, scratch off the access number box to see your number. For online orders, just enter the Gift Card number and Access number in the appropriate fields when you check out. When purchasing via phone, the Customer Sales Representative will ask you for your gift card number and access number. At Crazy Shirts’ stores just present the gift card to salesperson.

How do I choose the gift-card design I want?
At this time we only offer one card design. When ordering on-line, select the gift card product page then double click on the gift card image.

Can I purchase the Gift Card in any amount I want?
Only at our retail stores and via our toll-free catalog number.
Cards purchased on the web are available in denominations of $10, $25, $75 and $100.

Can more than one method of payment be applied toward a purchase?
Yes. Any combination of Crazy Shirts gift cards and/or credit card may be applied toward your purchase. A maximum of two (2) Crazy Shirts gift cards may be applied to one on-line order or store purchase.

What catalog will be sent with the Gift Card I order?
We will automatically send the most current Crazy Shirts catalog.

How long does it take to deliver a Gift Card?
Gift cards are sent via USPS generally within 24 hours of your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

Shipping charges are free with purchases consisting exclusively of gift cards.Need your gift card to arrive sooner than later? You can upgrade your shipping option to Fed-Ex economy for a fee.

How can I check the balance on my Gift Card?
You can check your balance online any time at crazyshirts.com. Just click the 'gift card' link on our home page and then click the 'Check Balance' link. You can also check your gift card balance at any Crazy Shirts store or by calling us as 1-800-771-2720.

Do Crazy Shirts Gift Cards expire?
As long as there is value remaining on the gift card, it will not expire. You can spend it anytime. We do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.

How do I return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card?
The same way you return all other Crazy Shirts merchandise. If you ask for a refund on an item, we will issue a new gift card for the amount of the refund.

What if my card is lost or stolen?
Lost, stolen or damaged cards may be replaced for the remaining balance with proof of purchase. Visit any of our retail stores or give us a call at 1-800-771-2720 and we'll cancel the old card and send you a replacement card.

Only the balance remaining on the gift card at the time an original receipt is presented will be reissued.

Can I add to the balance remaining on my Gift Card?
Not at this time.

When is my Gift Card activated?
Your card is activated when you receive it. You can start shopping immediately!

Do I earn Crazy Shirts Club Card Stamps when I purchase a Gift Card?
Yes! Crazy Shirts Club Card Stamps are issued to the person purchasing the Gift Cards when the Gift Card purchase is processed.Crazy Shirts Club Card stamps are NOT issued when Gift Cards are redeemed.However, if the order total is more then the amount of the Gift Card value, Club Card Stamps will be issued for the difference.
