ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the site delivers the best shopping experience for our customer, aligns with marketing strategies across channels, and highlights promotionally and/or seasonally relevant merchandise with heavy focus on retention, reactivation and acquisition.
  • Responsible for operations across all aspects of the online business including sales events, marketing programs, shipping costs, supplies, etc. Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.

  • Plan, manage, and execute affiliate program. Work with our agency partner to establish the right relationships with publishers to grow new customer acquisition and revenue
  • Create and continually optimize paid search campaigns such as Google PLAs, Facebook Ads.
  • Plan, manage, and execute Paid Search (PPC) campaigns including Seasonal Keyword and Copy Development, Landing Page Optimization, Promotional Ad Copy Management, bids and optimizations
  • Plan, manage, and execute Display/Retargeting Banner Ad program including creative briefing, asset development, ad trafficking, and management of live creative
  • Plan, manage, and execute Shopping Feed strategy across multiple platforms including Google shopping, Amazon, and other shopping engines/marketplaces
  • Participate in pre and post launch QA. Execute product and content updates, edits and changes as needed. Drive merchandising for categories based on top ranking products, historical sales data and analytics. Measure, report and analyze performance of online marketing initiatives provide recommendations for improved campaign execution and ongoing program optimization

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Web Content Specialist

The Web Content/QA Specialist will be responsible for owning the Crazy Shirts web site content and CMS system. This position reports to Marketing and will work closely with designers, merchandisers, contact center and web developer. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
  • Update the (CMS) content management system (set-up, test and activate) with the latest content (copy and visuals) for both global and local campaigns.
  • Ensure product descriptions are consistent from one digital platform to the other (including mobile site and app), in all appropriate languages.
  • Ensure all visuals are up to date, web optimized and cleared from a digital rights prospective
  • Edit and update existing digital material (banners, web pages) to gain agility in managing digital assets, aligned with HQ guidelines
  • HTML code new and existing emails to be sent to our large and rapidly growing email database.

Merchandiser Planner

SUMMARY:

Determines and maintains the assortment plan for an assigned group of retail stores.

Customer Care Center Supervisor

SUMMARY:

Shift supervision of personnel operating the customer care service center of the company.

  • Set up the printing press at standard rates using sequence data approved by supervisor.
  • Maintain machine controls and adjustments to ensure productivity at standard rates.
  • Inspect printed garments and make adjustments necessary to inks, screens, or squeegees to match approved design sample and maintain image quality at standard rates.
  • Develop knowledge of the pigments involved in color matching and the effect of these pigments when used with the translucent and/or opaque printing base.
  • Lead, direct, motivate, and develop Machine Loaders to achieve desired department outcomes.

  • Load/unload shirts onto/from the automated printing press.
  • Inspect shirts that come off the dryer to ensure first quality printing.

The QA inspector is a senior position within the Product Processing/QA department responsible for performing all certification of new items and new vendors as well as random testing of existing product as required.
