Merchandiser Planner

Summary: Determines and maintains the assortment plan for an assigned group of retail stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Identifies seasonal assortment plan and tailors plan for regions and stores based on overall company goals.
  • Participates in overall seasonal planning of blank purchases by providing input as it relates to store assortment plans and art influences.
  • Determine designs and topics and communicate to Art department based on trends and customer demand.
  • Monitor sales and decide whether demands are met and make decisions on whether keeping or removing product.
  • Expand designs to more stores or remove from stores if not working.
  • Develops merchandising timelines and critical path including seasonal style release calendar, strategic grouping plans and directives, special event timelines, etc.
  • Utilizes GERS system, related reports, historical data, and current trend to recommend and execute appropriate distribution, stock levels, and the allocation for multiple store locations.
  • Works closely with retail partners to develop product placement and plan-o-gram activities.
  • Plans and executes travel as required.
  • Responsible for effectively leading and managing merchandisers and ensuring they meet all job expectations.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years apparel merchandising/buying experience required.
  • PC experience required including intermediate Excel use and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, marketing, or related field

  • Advanced knowledge in HTML, style sheets, and graphic design programs

  • Java script and data integration experience helpful

Summary: Provides all customers with a positive impression of Crazy Shirts and also providing administrative support to the HR department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Performs receptionist duties: answering multi-line phone system, greet all customers in a professional and friendly manner, direct individuals to appropriate person/department, oversee supplies, and assist with parking
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department: new hire process, supply/distribution of all training material and HR literature, employment verification, distribution of department mail, and answer general phone calls
  • Maintain employee and related HR files
  • Maintain confidential information relating to employees and or company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 or more years of office or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Multi-phone line experience preferred

Customer Care Representative

  • Exercise each function of the Customer Service and Sales Standards with all phone, web, and mailorder customers
  • Assist customers with selection, availability, and shipping information while accurately obtaining and entering information necessary to complete the order

Summary: Crazy shirts' purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The Ink Mixer supports this mission by mixing the proper quantities of accurately formulated inks according to the print schedule.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:

  • Mix appropriate quantities of inks matching approved samples.
  • Ensure that all inks for each order are strained and staged in an organized manner.
  • Ensure all buckets have indicator tags with design number/style number.
  • Develop knowledge of pigments involved in color matching and the effect of these pigments when used with translucent and or opaque print base(s) as well as the correct mix for the best cure.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to distinguish colors, color shades, and slight color variations
  • Basic Mathematical and Reading/Comprehension Skills.
