Summary:

The Merchandiser supports this mission by ensuring appropriate allocation and inventory for retail stores to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Works with Merchandise Planner to develop and execute merchandise plan for assigned stores.
- Uses independent judgment to determine style demands in various areas and submits order to have those specific styles printed and shipped to applicable stores.
- Utilizes systems, related reports and other analytical tools to recommend and execute appropriate stock levels for warehouse and the allocation for multiple store locations.
- Utilizes systems, related reports and other analytical tools to determine which styles are not profitable and make recommendations to discontinue inventory to applicable stores/locations.
- Works as a team and ensures communication with Area Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandising to execute merchandising plan and plan-o-gram presentation.
- Plans and executes store visits to better analyze business.
- Ensures open channels of communication to relate information as appropriate.
- Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Merchandising and/or retail experience required.
- PC experience required including advanced Excel use and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Moving and standing

Shipping Clerk
Summary:
Crazy Shirts' purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The Shipping Clerk supports this purpose by accurately distributing merchandise and other materials in/from the finished goods warehouse.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Sort, pick, pack and process all outbound orders according to schedule.
- Package, tag and consolidate orders in a safe and accurate manner to insure orders arrive at destination in resalable condition.
- Prepare orders for the delivery vehicles sequencing as directed by management.
- Accurately restock and consolidate merchandise.
- Responsible and accountable for maintaining systems to physical product integrity and accuracy 100% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Mathematical and Reading/Comprehension skills
- Pass the background screening process
- Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels

Machine Loader
Summary:

The Machine loader/unloader supports this mission through the proper loading/unloading of shirts onto/from the automated printer and by visually inspecting all printed merchandise to ensure quality consistency.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Load/unload shirts onto/from the automated printing press.
- Inspect shirts that come off the dryer to ensure first quality printing.
- Assist the screen operator in setting up and breaking down the press: screens, squeegees, inks, and strike offs.
- Assist in the general cleaning of print area and supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic Mathematical and Reading/Comprehension Skills.
- Pass the background screening.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing for long periods of time, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items
- Performing repetitive motions throughout shift
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Maintain company standards and hold staff accountable for providing quality customer service and achieving store/company goals.
- Oversee all phases of store operations.
- Ensures appropriate staffing level and provides continuous and on-going training for staff including performance reviews and product knowledge/customer service training.
- Work as a team with Merchandising, Shipping, Inventory Control, Visual Merchandising, and other designated departments to maximize sales.

- Work with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store are operating smoothly and in the best interest of the Company, its employees and its customers.
- Maintain high morale and level of cooperation among employees through counseling, guidance, positive reinforcement and recognition.
- Leads, directs, motivates, and develops the Retail staff to achieve desired store and company outcomes.
